Sewer Rehabilitation Project
The shaded areas in the map below graphically shows the resident lot addresses that might be affected.
The Project is a Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation of most collection lines in the older sections of Northampton.
Since Sanitary collection line easements are typically in back yards, there may be construction equipment in YOUR back yard.
The equipment has to gain access to some back yards.
Whatever equipment is in the back yards will be operating within the 16 foot easement.
The easement is usually centered on the back yard fence.
The easement is generally split between the two back yards -- 8 feet in each yard.
