Courts
Northcrest Tennis Complex- Located at the front of the subdivision in the heart of the Northcrest Park are 6 lighted tennis courts with two pavilions separating the courts. Convenient restrooms and picnic areas are close by. Both pavilions have benches and tables for social gatherings.
Memberships
Access to the courts is available to residents who pay an annual
user fee that also provides access to the swimming pools and weight
room. Whether you like to play only with a friend or with multiple
friends on a tennis league, the Northcrest courts are a
wonderful place to enjoy your sport.
Tennis Lessons
Friday Otabor is a former Texas Association of Tennis Professionals touring pro and is currently ranked #3 in the Men’s 30 Singles division in Texas. Friday was also a former member of the Nigeria Davis Cup team. With 20 years of teaching experience, Friday has taught and currently teaches top-level adult and junior programs. Friday Otabor is a USPTA Certified Instructor.

League Tennis
All league play is coordinated by the pro.
Ladies - Northampton provides league play opportunity for all abilities. Leagues include Monday night teams, weekday teams, and summer teams.
Men's League
Teams are organized in the fall and the spring for men of various
skill levels. These teams play one night each week for about 8 weeks
in the fall and then again in spring.
Youth Tennis Association
Leagues are formed in the spring and fall. Elementary (3rd -5th
grade), Intermediate (6th-8th grade) and Seniors (9th-12th). Matches
are played once a week after school.
Summer Team Tennis
Northampton Summer Team Tennis for adults is organized to be social, fun
and flexible for summer. Teams are composed of all levels and abilities.
The season ends with the Summer Team Tennis Celebration!
Tennis Socials
Several tennis activities and socials are planned throughout the
year including Friday Night Mixers and Saturday Mini Tournaments.
These activities are designed for all levels of ability. The only
requirement is to have fun!
