Buildings & Pavilions Available for Rental
Northampton Community Center
Great for indoor wedding receptions, parties, and meetings, it has a full kitchen,
extended porch facing the lake and seating capacity of 150. There is a rental
fee of $150 and a refundable deposit of $500 is required. Optional
clean up fee is $75.
Auburn Lakes
Clubhouse
Great for wedding receptions, parties, and meetings.
It has a kitchen and seating capacity of 80. There is a rental fee of $250 and a refundable deposit of $500
is required. Optional clean up fee is $50.
Northcrest Activity Building
Located between the Northcrest Pool and the MUD building at the front of the subdivision, this room is suitable for small meetings or parties (up to
50 people). A rental fee of $60 and a refundable deposit of $100 are required.
Pavilions
Northcrest Pool Pavilion
Ideal for large, outdoor meetings or parties, this facility seats up to 80 people. When combined with a pool rental for swimming parties, the area can handle even more. Reservations should be made well in advance because scheduling of theses facilities is set around pre-scheduled events such as swim meets and other organizational community get-togethers.
Inway Pool Pavilion
Ideal for large, outdoor meetings or parties, this facility
includes a covered outdoor kitchen, deck and playground equipment.
Northcrest Pavilion
This is the new structure on Northcrest next to the constable's
station, in front of the pool and the older, larger Northcrest Pool
Pavilion.
Lake Park Pavilion
Designed for outdoor meetings or simple gatherings on the lake, this free pavilion provides a nice shade and a cool breeze any time of day. Again, small group use reservations are free, but required.
West Park Pier and Pavilion
The 30' x 40' pier at West Park is ideal for parties and is bordered by amphitheater seating. A small pavilion is also located at the lake. The lake is surrounded by a trail and benches.







POLICIES FOR RESERVATION & USAGE OF FACILITIES
Reservations
Reservations may be made by calling the MUD office at 281-376-3499 to check the date and time.
Submitting a "Letter of Rental Request" to the facilities manager which includes a brief description of the activity, the number of participants, responsible party, telephone number, etc. Click here to make reservations on-line.
Deposit
A specified damage/security deposit (amount determined by the location rented) is required to secure the date for the activity. These funds may be drawn upon to cover the cost of any action necessary to recover the facility after the designated use, including but not limited to, additional cleaning and trash removal.
Individuals who cancel events will be held responsible for any costs incurred on their behalf.
Policies
- No alcoholic beverages except at the Auburn Lakes Clubhouse.
- No alcoholic beverages at any pool function.
- Smoking is not permitted inside of buildings.
- No firearms or fireworks allowed.
- No piñatas on park grounds.
- Kitchen areas are for food distribution only. Food is to be covered dish or catered.
- Pets are not allowed except as necessary to assist the disabled.
- No red or purple drinks as they stain carpet.
- Fund raising activities are restricted to nonprofit basis and must have prior approval.
- Facility use is restricted to those activities designated in the original request.
- Facilities must be returned to the same condition as prior to the rental, and under any circumstances, clean and secured.
- Prior approval is required to attach anything to walls or cabinets.
- Children under 18 years of age must be supervised at all times.
- Insurance which names the Northampton Municipal Utility district as additionally insured must be furnished upon the request of the board of directors.
- Tables and chairs are to be carried and not pulled across carpeted areas.
- At the conclusion of the event, a final check out sheet is to be signed by the party responsible for the event and any accidents or unusual events must be documented.
