Garbage & Trash (MUD)

Please contact Residential Recycling and Refuse of Texas at 866-516-9805 should you have any questions regarding garbage services. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m, Monday through Friday. If you feel RRRT is not handling your problem in a timely manner, please contact the MUD building at 281-376-3499 or any Board Member.

Water (MUD)

If you have a problem with your water or questions concerning your bill, please call the District’s operator at Hays Utilities, 281-353-9756, 24 hours a day. When calling to report a problem, you must leave a call back number in the event we need to contact you.

Wastewater (Sewage)

If you have a problem with your waste water, please call the District’s operator at Hays Utilities, 281-353-9756, 24 hours a day. Problems concerning waste water include:

  • Back up into home
  • Sinkholes
  • Orders
  • Water coming out of a manhole

If you feel the District’s Operator is not handling your problem in a timely manner, or just wish to talk to “someone in charge”, contact the MUD Building at 281-376-3499 or contact the Operator directly to report problems.

Recreational Facilities (MUD)

The following facilities are owned, operated and maintained by the MUD.

  • Club houses
  • Swimming pools
  • Workout Facility
  • Tennis Courts
  • Parks and Pavilions

Please contact the Maintenance Fund if you have questions or concerns with the following items:

  • Security/Constable Patrol
  • Deed Restriction Enforcement
  • Esplanade Maintenance
  • Street Lighting
  • Mosquito Spraying
