In order to preserve the our neighborhood and community, the District has created standards for future development within the district.

There are several different organizations in the neighborhood that are responsible for various services in our community. Reporting Problems
The District would like to help you resolve any issue you may have regarding our services and facilities.

Garbage & Trash Pickup
The District is responsible for contracting with garbage collection companies to service Northampton.

About Our Utilities
Northampton MUD brings drinking water to the meter in a utility easement adjacent to your home and maintains a waste water system that begins in a main line in a separate utility easement by your home.
