The following items fall under the responsibility of the MUD. Other items listed at the bottom of the page are the responsibility of the Maintenance Fund or the Northampton Homeowners Association.
Northampton Municipal Utility District
Garbage & Trash (MUD)
Please contact Waste Management's Residential Customer Service
Department at 713-686-6666 should you have any questions regarding
garbage services. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m, Monday through
Friday. If you feel Waste Management is not handling your problem
in a timely manner, please contact the MUD building at 281-376-3499 or any Board Member.
Water (MUD)
If you have a problem with your water or questions concerning your
bill, please call the District's operator at Hays Utilities, 281-353-9756, 24 hours a day. When calling to report a problem, you must leave a call back number in the event we need to contact you.

If you feel the District's Operator is not handling your problem in
a timely manner, or just wish to talk to "someone in charge",
contact the MUD Building at 281-376-3499 or contact
any Board Member.
Waste Water (Sewage)
If you have a problem with your waste water, please call the
District's operator at Hays Utilities, 281-353-9756,
24 hours a day. Problems concerning waste water include:
• Back up into home
• Sinkholes
• Orders
• Water coming out of a manhole

Recreational Facilities (MUD)
The following facilities are owned, operated and maintained by the MUD.
• Club houses
